We do not have a water fountain and request that no outside beverages be brought into the facility, but no worries we provided free bottled water by request. Ask one of our staff members to grab you one!
Unfortunately, with us being a small family-owned business our in-house socks must be purchased. This is due to insurance and liability reasons. However, if your kiddo already has a pair of our grip socks then they may bring them back in. Socks are a ONE-TIME purchase unless you forget yours at home that you have already purchased.
We offer our inflatables to all ages you are never too old to be a kid again or too young to play, we offer toddler time hours that can be found on our Facebook Page.
*If a toddler under 1 and 1/2 is jumping a parent can bounce with them free with a purchase of socks.
We ask that our in-house grip socks be purchased and worn throughout your time on the inflatables, also pockets must be empty and no hair clips, phones, or hats on the inflatables!
We are already booking into next year and can help you with any booking questions via email, phone or in person during our opening hours. There is a 40% deposit to hold your booking spot and should you choose to cancel the deposit is NONREFUNDABLE
We sanitize our inflatables daily as well as do a deep clean with sanitizing wipes and sprays weekly and during down time or slow hours to insure proper sanitation. These steps are more frequent during sick seasons.
We prefer you arrive at your scheduled party time and drop off any decorations you plan to use for your party and our Party Host will set up everything for you so that you can enjoy your kid’s big day.
We ask that no outside food be brought in since we do have a contract with a local pizza place. We do encourage you to bring in you own cake or cupcakes and ask that you also bring your own lighter for candles since we do not provide them in our facility.
Yes, these restrictions are listed on our bounce inflatables but if you still are not sure please ask a staff member!
